Welcome Fortune Slot Review

Greentube offers the classic Chinese-themed slot machine Welcome Fortune. Although the graphics don’t really provide much that is unique to this huge category of slot games, I’d say that they do a better job thanks to the progressive jackpot that is offered.

In Welcome Fortune, there are 25 winning lines and 5×3 reels. Most players will  focus on the Grand Jackpot, but there are also smaller payouts of up to 150x that the slot will pay out in a single spin. You only get wilds, free spins, and scatters as its main features.

Betting and Prizes

The lowest bet you can place when playing Welcome Fortune is $0.25. Even up to $100 per round is an option if you want to go higher.

It doesn’t appear to be the kind of slot machine that may drastically change your life, yet its Grand Jackpot is progressive and begins at a minimum of 1,000 times the wager. Along with lower fixed jackpots called Minor (50x) and Mini, there is also a Major Jackpot that is also progressive (200x and greater) (10x).

Even worse, the standard combos only pay up to 6x the stake per combination, or up to 150x per spin.

Welcome Fortune Game Features

The feature shown in the wild symbol is the God of Wealth. While you can use this one as a replacement, it can only land on reels 2–5. As a result, it cannot form its own combos.

The jade-colored Scatter is the second feature symbol. If you land 3, 4, or 5 times, you will be given 2 to 100 times your stake. The free spins function is also activated at that point. The possibility to only form combinations with 4+ symbols, as opposed to the 2-3+ from the standard game, is one of the changes introduced for this one. Wilds are also only available on the second and third reels.

Theme & Design

As I previously stated, it will be a slot machine with a classic appearance, at least for the Chinese category. It will start you off with five Royals, from 9 to K, like many other games, but it will later add images of bells, bonsai trees, coins, and gold ingots. The God of Wealth also makes an appearance, representing the wild seal that is scattered and is colored jade.

Conclusion

Although Welcome Fortune is not one of the impressive slots in this group, it gets the job done, and some players could be drawn in by the progressive aspect of its jackpots.
