In Las Vegas, it’s not just the WSOP! At the Venetian poker room, the French Antoine Saout has just started his stay in Sin City in the most beautiful way. He won a $600 tournament. 1,600 admissions were recorded on this No-Limit Hold’em Super Stack where $500,000 was guaranteed.
Heads-up, against Dustin Goff, Saout had a hard time. Very ahead in chips, the French saw his opponent at his height before surrender. The Runner-up will be able to console itself with a little more than 84 000 dollars. Phou Nguyen completes the podium ($64,022).
The Breton player pockets $137,504 and adds another line to his already huge track record, including two final tables on the WSOP Main Event. He has more than $7 million in live tournament. Without a doubt, Saout will be again this year in contention on several events of the WSOP.
